My approach goes beyond symptom management or coping strategies alone. As a trauma specialist, I focus on identifying and addressing the root causes of emotional distress so the brain, body, and nervous system can heal together. The goal is lasting transformation—helping you feel safer, more connected, empowered, and able to thrive in your life and relationships.
Trauma can impact emotional regulation, relationships, physical well-being, and your overall sense of self. With the right therapeutic support, healing is possible. Therapy can help you process unresolved experiences, regain a sense of control, and create meaningful, lasting change.
My work is grounded in empathy, authenticity, and compassionate, ethical care. I provide a supportive space where you can feel heard, understood, and accepted without judgment. Together, we will work toward deeper healing, greater resilience, and a renewed sense of well-being.
Many clients find therapy to be a transformative process that fosters emotional healing, self-awareness, healthier relationships, and renewed purpose. It would be an honour to support you on your journey toward healing and lasting change.
I have been a therapist for over two decades and have been providing virtual therapy since 2020. I have found online trauma therapy to be highly effective, as clients are often more comfortable, relaxed, and better able to engage in the healing process from the safety and privacy of their own space.
I specialize in trauma processing and trauma-focused therapies, with advanced training in approaches designed to help clients heal from trauma at the root level—not simply manage symptoms. My work integrates evidence-based therapeutic approaches that support nervous system regulation, emotional processing, and long-term healing. Therapy is always tailored to the unique needs and experiences of each client.
My monitorship focuses on helping you build your confidence, set healthy boundaries, and build your skillsets as a therapist.
I look forward to connecting with my colleagues in the community and helping them expand their skills as well thrive in their practice and role as a Therapist.
